Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess current valid CPR and/or BLS certification.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish language required
Nice To Haves
- One year of dental assisting experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Four-handed chair-side dental assistance in all dentistry assisting the dentist(s) and dental hygienist(s) in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients of the health center.
- Patient preparation and positioning.
- Clinical area preparation.
- Use of sterile techniques.
- Performing infection control procedures.
- Inventory control of dental instruments and supplies.
