About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience
• Active CPR Certification in BLS child and adult

Nice To Haves

• Active West Virginia Polishing, Nitrous and Ortho certificates preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients in the patient lounge
• Providing office tours
• Supporting providers both Doctor and Dental Hygienist with xrays, iTero scanning, charting and various dental procedures including fillings, root canals, crowns, implants, dentures, and orthodontics
• Providing excellent patient care and support while upholding all office policies including HIPPA and OSHA guidelines
• Sterilization of instruments and proper set up and breakdown of rooms
• Assisting the front office as needed
• Contacting patients to schedule recare and pending treatment plans
• Supply ordering process
• Other various tasks that may develop
