Requirements
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Experience in chairside assisting.
- Ability to take impressions and temporary crowns.
- Comfortable with taking X-rays.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- A humble and eager-to-learn attitude.
Responsibilities
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
- Document medical and dental history per dentist's instructions.
- Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain clean and organized clinical areas for a great patient experience.
- Follow sterilization protocols as per OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Restock rooms, track inventory, and assist with placing orders.
- Keep the team on schedule and ensure patients are seated on time.
- Provide a 5-star patient experience that encourages positive reviews.
