About The Position

We’re hiring a Dental Assistant in Starke, Florida who wants schedule flexibility, a supportive clinical environment, and long-term stability with a modern dental practice. You’ll step into an outpatient dental role focused on assisting with a variety of general dental procedures while supporting patient comfort and clinical efficiency. You’ll work alongside an established dental team in a structured and organized practice environment with no weekends or major holidays.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of dental assisting experience
• Comfortable assisting during a variety of dental procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Value patient-centered care and teamwork
