Requirements
- An experienced Dental Assistant with strong clinical knowledge

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Dental Assistants to build confidence and clinical excellence
- Partner with Doctors to ensure efficient, seamless, high-quality patient care
- Standardize clinical workflows and protocols across multiple locations
- Identify gaps and deliver hands-on, practical training
- Support onboarding and set new hires up for long-term success
