We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech to join our team. Your primary focus in this role will be sterilization and back-office organization, ensuring our clinical operations run seamlessly while providing key chairside and patient care support.

Requirements

Valid California Dental X-ray License (Required)
Infection Control Certification (Required)
Dental Practice Act Certification (Required)
Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a patient-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standards of safety by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas in strict compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Warmly greet and seat patients, review medical histories, and ensure a comfortable, welcoming experience prior to treatment.
Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials, managing suction, and keeping treatments efficient.
Take and process quality dental X-rays as directed.
Accurately log treatment details, clinical procedures, and patient notes into our dental software.
Monitor, restock, and organize treatment rooms and clinical inventory to maintain optimal workflow.
Assist with front office or auxiliary duties when needed-because teamwork and flexibility are central to our culture.
