About The Position

Tice Valley Dental, an established, small private dental office in Walnut Creek, is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or RDA to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of dental assisting experience, be dependable, positive, organized, and adaptable to the office's systems and workflow. While experience is valued, flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude are also important.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Professional reference from a previous dental employer required

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for general and restorative dentistry
• Preparing and turning over treatment rooms

• Maintaining clinical supplies and ordering inventory
• Keeping treatment areas organized and well stocked
• Helping maintain efficient patient flow
• Providing professional and friendly patient care
• Supporting other team members as needed
