Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience (Strictly Required).
Valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Strong clinical competencies, great organizational abilities, and sharp attention to detail.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a natural passion for patient care.
Fully available to work the required schedule, including every Saturday.

Responsibilities

Creating a comfortable, welcoming, and anxiety-free experience for patients.
Assisting the dentist in all clinical procedures utilizing efficient chairside manner and four-handed dentistry.
Taking high-quality digital X-rays, setting up/breaking down clinical rooms, and maintaining strict sterilization standards.
Maintaining accurate, compliant patient charts and clinical records.
Educating patients with an empathetic, patient-first approach to help them understand their treatment plans.
Participating actively in opening/closing duties and daily huddles as a cohesive team.
