Fountain Dental Center is an established general dentistry practice that has been serving our community for over 20 years! We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time, Monday-Friday. We have a fun, collaborative team that enjoys working together. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant in general dentistry is required
- Active CPR Certification or willing to obtain
- X-Ray Certification required
Nice To Haves
- Dental Assistant and EDDA Certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
- Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
- Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Assist with ordering and stocking supplies
