This role is an advanced-level dental assistant responsible for providing expert clinical support, supervising junior staff, and assisting with specialized dental procedures. This role requires extensive experience, advanced certifications, and leadership capabilities. The RDA ensures efficient clinical operations, upholds compliance with safety and infection control standards, and contributes to delivering exceptional patient care in a high-performing dental practice.
