Requirements
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Must have Coronal Polishing Certification
- X-ray certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling.
- Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
- A compassionate approach to patient care and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Capture dental X-rays, adhering to safety protocols.
- Guide patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
- Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
- Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.
- Help manage and confirm patient appointments.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and support.
