The Dental Assistant I assists the dentist with patient exams and a variety of dental procedures, including preparing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and materials, while ensuring patients are relaxed and comfortable.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Active Dental Assistant Registration from Washington State Department of Health

Nice To Haves

• Six (6) months of Dental Assistant experience
• Dental Assistant experience in pediatric dentistry
• Experience with patients with special health care needs

Responsibilities

• Assists the dentist with patient exams and a variety of dental procedures
• Prepares and maintains instruments, equipment, and materials for all dental procedures
• Ensures patients are relaxed and as comfortable as possible
