About The Position

Private dental office seeking talented cross-trained individuals to help grow our progressive and forward thinking practice. We believe we play a key role in our patients total health. We are looking for an exceptional back office dental assistant (EDDA) that supports and drives optimal oral health and can encourage patients to choose ideal treatment. Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a dental office with experience as a dental assistant
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook
  • Understanding of dental codes, documentation protocols and transcribing DDS conversations with patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors, office team
  • Able to confidently resolve conflict and find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (with patients and team)
  • Superb technology skills to navigate AI technology
  • Emotional Intelligence
