Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional dental assisting experience is mandatory.
• Experience in (or strong enthusiasm for) front-office cross-training, including scheduling and patient communication.
• Comfortable operating dental software and digital imaging systems.
• Excellent multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail and clinical compliance.
• Embody integrity, welcome constructive feedback, and bring warmth and positive energy to both patients and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, four-handed dentistry support and ensure treatment rooms are prepped, sanitized, and fully stocked.
• Take precise digital radiographs and assist the hygiene team with preventative treatments.
• Help maintain accurate patient charts and assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Oversee sterilization processes, lab coordination, and general clinical inventory.
• Support front-desk administrative duties to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient entering and leaving the clinic.
• Share in team responsibilities for daily practice opening and closing procedures.
