About The Position
We are seeking a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists with procedures, perform dental x-rays, prepare examination rooms, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a dental assistant program.
- Certification or registration as a dental assistant.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- X-ray certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists with examinations and procedures.
- Take and develop dental x-rays.
- Prepare examination rooms for patient treatment.
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
