Just Pull It Dental is expanding and seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to support our Zephyrhills clinic. Our practice specializes exclusively in extraction services and urgent dental treatment, allowing our team to focus on delivering efficient, high-quality care without many of the complexities found in traditional dental offices. This position is perfect for a clinical professional who enjoys patient interaction, procedural assisting, and working alongside a team committed to helping patients feel better quickly. The Dental Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily clinical operations, assisting providers during procedures, and ensuring patients have a positive experience from arrival through treatment completion.
Requirements
- Active Dental Assistant Certification required
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in oral surgery, extractions, or high-volume practices preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist providers during extraction and minor oral surgery procedures
- Prepare patients and treatment areas before appointments
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Support patient education and post-treatment care instructions
- Ensure operatories remain organized and procedure-ready
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Monitor supplies and assist with inventory management
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Help maintain smooth patient flow during busy clinic sessions
- Work closely with providers and support staff to ensure efficient operations
- Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience
- Assist with additional clinical tasks as needed
