Dental Anesthesiologist - Pediatric ASC | Full-Time| No Call, Weekends or Holidays
About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading Ambulatory Surgery Center in West Palm Beach, FL, which specializes in dental restorative and exodontia procedures for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. They are seeking an experienced Dental Anesthesiologist to join their dedicated surgical team. The role focuses on providing excellent anesthesia care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The schedule is full-time, with no on-call duties, weekends, or holidays. The position involves providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team, caring for approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day, and working closely with dentists, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, registered dental assistants, and other care team members. The role also supports a positive, patient-focused culture.
Requirements
- Licensed Dentist Anesthesiologist
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Appropriate state licensure for the practice location
- Current BLS certification
- AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire
Nice To Haves
- National Board certification strongly preferred
- Experience practicing across a range of anesthesia staffing models preferred, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice
Responsibilities
