About The Position

Join Ambulatory Anesthesia Care (AAC), a physician-led group that is redefining anesthesia through a modern, office-based model. This model is built around clinical excellence, autonomy, and genuine work-life balance. Our patients are healthy, office-based pediatric and adult dental patients. Cases have short sedation and recovery times, and our dental partners start early, meaning most days wrap up by early afternoon. This provides ample time for personal activities and enjoying the Pacific Northwest. AAC offers consistent, predictable schedules with no nights, no call, and no weekends, allowing for a high quality of life. The practice is fully office-based, focusing on pediatric and adult dental anesthesia. Clinicians have true autonomy, with flexible procedure days per week, and are scheduled at one office per day. The group boasts excellent safety outcomes and high patient satisfaction, with long-term stability due to established contracts and room for growth. AAC provides turnkey operations, handling staffing, medications, equipment, and logistics. The company values strong provider retention and low turnover, attributing it to clinicians enjoying their work environment. A culture of trust and respect is fostered among physicians, staff, and patients.
