Remote Denials & AR Follow-Up Specialist

About The Position
This is a 4+ week contract focused on resolving a backlog of over 6,400 professional insurance claims. The team will be working denied, underpaid, rejected, and unpaid claims while performing payer follow-up, appeals, rebills, claim corrections, and account resolution within eClinicalWorks (eCW).
Requirements
- Recent hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience
- 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Professional billing, AR follow-up, and denial management experience
- Experience with payer portals and insurance claim resolution
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
