About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction/Demolition Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary resource for employee inquiries. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Position reports directly to onsite management.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to fly a drone and/or photography and videography experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel. (Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat are a plus)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (is a plus. TWE will provide training) (DOT, OSHA).
• Experience in office administration and financial management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for employee inquiries, providing translations during safety meetings and daily operations, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Coordinate jobsite and safety processes, daily sign-in sheets, and other essential documents.
• Provide administrative support including call reception, overseeing shipments, maintaining supplies, and organizing equipment services and maintenance.
• Coordinate the collection and submission of invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely delivery of supporting documentation to the home office.
• Compile daily sign-in sheets, enter hours into timesheets, and submit them to the Project Manager for review prior to forwarding them to the home office.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs compiled from reports provided by Project Superintendents, along with weather documentation.
