POSITION SUMMARY Serves as a key contributor in front-end billing within the revenue cycle. Reviews and analyzes claims prior to submission to ensure accuracy. Supports clean claim submission and full account resolution. Enhances customer satisfaction throughout the billing process. Strengthens financial stability and scalability through accurate demographic and claim management.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, interpret technical instructions, and draw conclusions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Imagine billing software and Availity clearinghouse highly preferred.
