About The Position

The North American Demo Operations Lead works within a fast-paced, specialized, and dynamic team collaborating with Marketing & Sales and Business Innovation Units & Finance in the Commercial Operations organization. Your role: Manage demonstration equipment inventory in the United States for sales operations at the desired service levels, while maintaining the lowest inventory investment possible. Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual inventory management processes; audits, reports, cycle-counts, and forecasts. Manage 3PL relationships and performance metrics. Actively participate in New Product Development planning and manage end-of-life to minimize scrap. Establish, implement, and maintain applicable quality system policies and procedures associated with inventory management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience with a Master’s in areas such as order management, logistics, process improvement, business administration
