About The Position

Big Mamma is a French group of Italian restaurants founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, they have opened 34 restaurants across Europe, including France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates. Their mission is to share the special atmosphere of the most beautiful places of Italian tradition, creating unique moments of sharing with their customers. They are looking for the best Commis/Demi CDP Pastry to join their BIG TEAMS.

Requirements

  • Basic cooking skills, knowledge of the menu and products
  • Ability to reproduce a recipe after training
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety matters

Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen in mise en place and service
