About The Position

We are seeking four experienced, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients in the Yorba Linda area. Candidates must have previous experience caring for clients with dementia. This position is ideal for caregivers who are patient, observant, comfortable providing hands-on support, and committed to creating a safe, calm, and reassuring environment. Requirements

  • Active California Home Care Aide registration
  • Current tuberculosis clearance
  • Minimum of six months of caregiving experience
  • Previous experience caring for clients with dementia
  • Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
  • Patient, compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass all required background screenings

Responsibilities

  • Provide care and support for clients living with dementia
  • Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and comfortable environment
  • Follow individualized care plans and established routines
  • Observe and report changes in behavior, condition, or care needs
  • Maintain dependable and professional attendance
