About The Position
Exhava Home Care is looking for a compassionate caregiver with dementia care experience to support seniors. At Exhava Home Care, we believe caregivers are at the heart of exceptional home care. With over 13 years of collective experience, we’re committed to supporting both our clients and the caregivers who care for them.
Requirements
- Previous caregiver experience preferred
- 5+ years of caregiving experience
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and daily activities
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide safe mobility assistance
- Support clients with dementia using patience and respect
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Communicate changes or concerns to the care team
