About The Position

The Demand Planning Launch Coordinator is responsible for integration and coordination activities for new projects at Yancey Engineered Solutions, focusing on information sharing and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

Must have 3 – 5 years industry experience
Ability to analyze data, generate reports and presentations
Effective communication skills
Demonstrated success optimizing manufacturing and work processes and methods, with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to hold teams accountable to meeting commitments and objectives and adhering to policies and procedures
Managing complex, voluminous and sometimes contradictory information to find strong solutions
Ability to help develop strategic direction for organization, communicate it effectively to key stakeholders, and implement changes needed to achieve the vision
Strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service.
Ability to work in a team environment is essential to this position.

Nice To Haves

Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred

Responsibilities

Manage integration of new project opportunities as released through Sales
Independently resolve scheduling conflicts
Responsible for establishing report cadence, and updates to senior leaders
Responsible as primary point of contact for new project information sharing
Lead cross functional Kickoff meetings with key stakeholders
Utilize dashboards / data to report new project status / progress
Assist in resolving production schedule conflicts through cross functional team alignment
Assist in maintaining planning schedule in accordance with future customer requirements
Work with cross functional teams in maintaining near/ mid / long term plans
Assist with Handover meetings for new projects
Ability to communicate with multiple disciplines
Analyze data, generate reports / presentations to convey large amounts of information
Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.
