Requirements

Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to exercise independent judgment

Responsibilities

Analyzing current item performance to help build optimal forecasts and generate promotional demand projections.
Assisting in developing initial sales forecasts for new items.
Creating statistical reports to support category management and other merchandising teams.
Collaborating with category management partners on sales and data analysis to provide insights into item sales and distribution.
Working closely with Store Ops, Distribution Center, and Transportation teams to ensure alignment between forecasted demand and inventory flow, helping to minimize residuals and optimize replenishment strategies.
