We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Demand Planning Analyst who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting. Note: This position is 100% onsite in our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Only candidates that can commit to this onsite schedule will be considered. Visa sponsorship is also not available. Primary Purpose: The Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for assisting in the short, medium and long-term demand planning and forecasting efforts of the company. The position will also take an active role in helping to ensure inventory accuracy by working with local operational teams to resolve variances, and will assist in monitoring and communicating changes to customer shipment schedules.

Requirements

  • Exceptional computer skills including ERP, Business Intelligence systems or equivalent.
  • Strong skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis, planning and creation of statistical forecast models.
  • Be an active participant in weekly sales planning production collaboration meetings, taking notes and logging follow up action items.
  • Update and analyze daily, weekly and annual forecast-related reports, discussing trends and changes with the Demand Planner.
  • Assist in the customer shipment process by monitoring customer orders on a daily basis, collaborating with the sales and planning teams to confirm inventory availability, and updating shipment dates as necessary.
  • Monitor inventory status and resolve with the local operations teams inventory inaccuracies that may negatively impact production or customer shipments.
  • Communicate with local operations, production planning and the sales team regarding current inventory on-hand and potential issues with customer shipments.
  • Assist in the analysis and oversite of Supply Planning models to help ensure timely and accurate inventory purchases to meet production and shipment schedules.
  • Other responsibilities required to fulfill the needs of the position.
