The Demand Planning Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring orders, forecasts, and delivery commitments are managed accurately and efficiently. This role works closely with supply chain, planning, operations, and quality teams to support customer needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong service levels. Requirements

Customer account management and relationship building
Order management and customer service experience
Forecasting, demand planning, or SIOP/S&OP exposure
Supply chain, logistics, or operations knowledge
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer accounts
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
Data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI a plus)
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally with planning, operations, quality, and supply chain teams

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, operations, account management, or a related field
Manufacturing or medical device industry experience preferred
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), Excel, and Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Handle order entry, order maintenance, and open order tracking.
Review customer forecasts and demand plans to support production and inventory planning.
Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate potential delays or supply issues.
Lead customer update meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
Analyze order, forecast, and fulfillment data to identify trends and risks.
Support new product launches and customer onboarding efforts.
Prepare reports on account performance, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
