Demand Planner

Glo Skin Beauty•Denver, CO

About The Position

The Demand Planner owns Glo's demand and supply plan, from forecasting through purchase recommendations. The role determines what to buy, how much, and when for finished goods and components, and sets inventory levels across fulfillment locations to support availability while avoiding excess cash tied up in inventory and product expiry. The planner maintains rolling SKU-level forecasts by channel, incorporates promotions, seasonality, launches, and discontinuations, and works with Marketing, eCommerce, and the product launch owner on launch volumes. The role translates forecasts into finished-goods and component supply plans, recommends purchase orders, manages inventory targets and allocation across locations, and monitors inventory health. The Demand Planner also prepares demand and supply scenarios for monthly S&OP reviews and provides forecast inputs for the 3PL Manager's monthly Stord volume forecast. The work is primarily in a standard office or hybrid setting and may involve minimal travel for inventory audits, warehouse or 3PL visits, or team strategy sessions.
