Demand Planner

Glo Skin Beauty•Denver, CO
•$75,000 - $95,000

About The Position

The Demand Planner owns Glo’s demand and supply plan, from forecasting through purchase recommendations. The role determines what to buy, how much, and when for finished goods and components, and sets inventory levels across fulfillment locations to maintain product availability while avoiding excess cash tied up in inventory and expired product. The planner builds and maintains rolling SKU-level forecasts across DTC, Professional, Amazon, and international channels; incorporates promotions, seasonality, launches, and discontinuations; and tracks forecast accuracy and bias. The role translates forecasts into finished-goods and component supply plans, recommends purchase orders, sets quantities for seasonal and promotional kits, and manages inventory targets and allocations across Stord, Amazon FBA, and co-manufacturers. The Demand Planner monitors expiration dates and inventory health, recommends actions for aging or excess stock, and prepares demand and supply scenarios for monthly S&OP reviews. The role also supplies forecast inputs for the 3PL Manager’s monthly Stord volume forecast. The primary work environment is described as a standard office/hybrid setting, with minimal travel potentially required for inventory audits, warehouse visits, or team strategy sessions.
