About The Position

As a Demand Planner, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee. In this role, you’ll get to manage the middle tier dollar portfolio, proactively maintain JDA forecasts, analyze data and report findings. You will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply to plan new product transitions, promotional activity, network disaggregation and develop market trend analysis on product and Customer forecasts. Additionally, you will assist in preparation for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings, lead or support continuous improvement projects to achieve 99% customer fill rates, and be responsible for individual performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze data and report findings.

Requirements

BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience
3-5 years of Supply Chain experience
Knowledge of JDA Manugistics & SAP preferred
Basic financial skills
Kinaxis and AI experience preferred
Ability to lead, coach and train peers
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Strong Ability to Problem Solve
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of JDA Manugistics & SAP preferred
Kinaxis and AI experience preferred

Responsibilities
