Each day, you will conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions. You will also showcase your expertise by measuring, reporting on, and driving improvement in demand planning accuracy. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand planning and/or supply chain.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated ERP systems, specifically SAP.
  • Strong analytical thinker who is proactive and process driven.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiently in Power BI and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining the rolling 18-24 months of unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
  • Assembles and analyzes data pertinent for the assigned products to create an unconstrained demand plan.
  • Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the worldwide demand plan.
  • Works with Product Management team to coordinate new product launches, phase-outs, and platform changes, etc., and incorporate them into the demand plan.
  • Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives, and feeding them into the Inventory Check book.
