About The Position

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand with products in over 32,000 retailers across 92 countries. We are looking for a Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist to help prevent stockouts and overstock situations. This role involves monitoring inventory across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Wholesale, and Amazon channels, identifying risks early, and proposing solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role.
• Proven ability to identify problems early and propose solutions.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency in working with multiple planning systems.
• Clear and confident communication with non-planning teams such as warehouse, production, and sales.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with retailer portals like Target Partners Online, Ulta vendor portal, Walmart Retail Link, or Amazon Vendor Central.
• Comfort using AI tools for pattern recognition and faster analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track sell-through and inventory across DTC, Wholesale (Target, Ulta, Walmart), and Amazon to identify stockout risks before they impact the shelf.
• Identify SKUs that are heading towards excess inventory to prevent aging stock or markdown issues.
• Develop and maintain a live risk register to inform the team about potential upcoming issues.
• Flag risks with proposed solutions, such as reallocation, rush orders, or promotions.
• Prioritize the Amazon channel in inventory planning.
• Maintain clean and up-to-date trackers (including Asana) to ensure accurate data for downstream teams.
• Explore and implement innovative methods, including AI-assisted tools, for early risk detection.
