Demand Planner/Scheduler II with a proven track record optimizing end-to-end planning processes, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management. Expert in translating demand signals into executable production plans while aligning capacity, materials, and supply chain operations to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Leverages data analytics, SAP systems, and S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy, mitigate risk, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Recognized for strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision-making, driving continuous improvements in planning accuracy, responsiveness, and business outcomes. Serves as a key liaison across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality, coordinating execution, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations at the Richardson, TX site.
