About The Position

As a Demand Planner I/II for Greenheck Group, you will perform duties associated with supporting the GIB supply chain management software and the forecasting process. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and other relevant factors to create accurate predictions of future demand. This role is crucial for ensuring the supply chain can meet anticipated customer needs effectively.

Requirements

For Level I: 4-6 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting required.
For Level I: 2 Year / Associate Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
For Level II: 6-8 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting required.
For Level II: 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

Nice To Haves

For Level I: 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study preferred.

Responsibilities

Report on exceptions to demand and potential sales trends to enable the leadership team to make informed decisions.
Monitor standard processes and Critical few (KPI’s from BU’s/Sourcing function), maintaining feedback and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Coordinators (Material Specialists and Buyers) in the central Supply Chain organization to ensure the output of the demand reviews are considered when implementing material replenishments across the Business Unit.
Manage a single BU and handle moderate tactical/strategic problems referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
