About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Demand Management team as an Operator Level 1. This role is responsible for continuous material planning, movement, staging, and/or preparation of orders. The operator will work collaboratively with the Demand Manager, maintain materials and supply levels for each department, and maintain department machinery as required. Continuous communication with the Department Manager and team members is essential, as is supporting the department in maintaining budget and operating expenses. The role also involves inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions.

Requirements

Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English
Operate forklifts and Walkie Riders
Proficiently use a computer to enter, obtain production and project-related information, and respond to emails in an efficient manner
Ability to read and do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
Maintain excellent attendance
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Pass company background check and drug screen

High School Diploma/GED preferred
