Hallcon is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to build and run the demand generation engine that feeds our sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in HubSpot, knows how to build target lists, and has developed multi-touch outbound campaigns that produced meetings. This role reports directly to our Vice President of Marketing and supports our sellers, who handle complex enterprise relationships in transportation services and EV infrastructure. Your job is to keep their pipelines full of qualified, well-researched, ready-to-engage opportunities. You'll have full ownership of campaign execution, the tools and workflows, and direct visibility into how your work converts to revenue. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in our downtown Chicago office.
