This is Smartleaf's primary campaign and demand generation role. The person in this seat owns the programs that generate pipeline: outbound and ABM campaigns, email nurture sequences, event and webinar promotion, and content distribution. They also serve as the day-to-day HubSpot administrator, ensuring the platform is well-configured, workflows are functioning, and contacts are clean and properly segmented. This role is for someone who understands the full buyer journey, can design programs that move prospects through it, and can execute those programs themselves inside HubSpot without heavy support. They will work alongside the writer (who supplies content) and in tight partnership with sales (who shares pipeline accountability).
