About The Position

We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to support the execution of ClearGov’s campaign engine. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner closely with senior demand generation leadership to execute multi-channel campaigns across webinars, email, content, and social. This role is focused on high-quality execution, strong coordination, and continuous optimization. You’ll also help the team move faster by leveraging AI tools to support content creation and campaign production, contributing to a more efficient and scalable marketing engine.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles
  • Strong experience executing campaigns across email, webinars, and multi-channel programs
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), including how campaigns are built and managed
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing content
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., for copywriting, content generation, or workflow support); experience building AI-driven marketing workflows or agents is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and support optimization
  • Background in SaaS, B2G, or the education sector is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute demand generation campaigns across channels, including webinars, product tours, email programs, blog promotion, and social
  • Partner with the Demand Generation lead, SDR, and Product Marketing teams to translate campaign strategy into clear, on-time execution
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables using Monday.com, ensuring alignment across marketing stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to support campaign builds, QA processes, and launch readiness in Marketo
  • Write and refine marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign production, and content repurposing workflows
  • Support the development and optimization of evergreen nurture programs aligned to key initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
