From long-term planning to financial reporting, compliance, and transparency, our platform connects the work finance teams are already doing and makes it easier to deliver for their communities. Today, more than 1,000 public sector organizations use ClearGov, and we continue to expand our platform and reach as we grow. We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to support the execution of ClearGov’s campaign engine. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner closely with senior demand generation leadership to execute multi-channel campaigns across webinars, email, content, and social. This role is focused on high-quality execution, strong coordination, and continuous optimization. You’ll also help the team move faster by leveraging AI tools to support content creation and campaign production, contributing to a more efficient and scalable marketing engine.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles
  • Strong experience executing campaigns across email, webinars, and multi-channel programs
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), including how campaigns are built and managed
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging marketing content
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., for copywriting, content generation, or workflow support); experience building AI-driven marketing workflows or agents is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and support optimization
  • Background in SaaS, B2G, or the education sector is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute demand generation campaigns across channels, including webinars, product tours, email programs, blog promotion, and social
  • Partner with the Demand Generation lead, SDR, and Product Marketing teams to translate campaign strategy into clear, on-time execution
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables using Monday.com, ensuring alignment across marketing stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to support campaign builds, QA processes, and launch readiness in Marketo
  • Write and refine marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign production, and content repurposing workflows
  • Support the development and optimization of evergreen nurture programs aligned to key initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
