We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Demand Generation Manager to lead our growth efforts and fuel our sales pipeline. You won't just be managing agencies; you’ll be "in the tools"—writing copy, launching ads, and building campaigns from the ground up. Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and convert new logos through a multi-pronged, creative marketing approach. The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented Demand Generation marketer with 3-7 years of experience developing and executing modern, effective marketing strategies. You excel at driving integrated campaigns that nurture highly qualified leads through the funnel. You possess a strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative tactics. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, you are adept at experimenting with and leveraging modern tools, including AI-powered solutions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this is a founding position on the Opus1 Marketing team with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
