We’re Looking for an “A” Player The Demand Generation Lead owns Tractor Zoom’s B2B demand engine and is the Director of Marketing’s primary strategic partner. This role is responsible for translating company and marketing strategy into scalable, measurable programs that drive qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on, operator role. The Demand Generation Manager is expected to both design strategy and execute within HubSpot and campaign channels.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline, not just leads
  • Strong analytical, systems, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate independently and make trade-offs in a lean environment
  • Must be located in Iowa

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS or complex B2B sales experience
  • Experience managing agencies or contractors
  • Familiarity with ABM or account-based strategies

Responsibilities

  • Design and own full-funnel demand generation strategy aligned to revenue goals
  • Translate ICPs, personas, and positioning into campaign strategies
  • Forecast and report on marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on definitions, handoffs, and performance
  • Own campaign planning across email, content, paid media, and events
  • Define campaign objectives, offers, and success metrics
  • Continuously optimize based on performance and pipeline impact
  • Own HubSpot architecture, workflows, automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages
  • Implement attribution and reporting models
  • Maintain data hygiene and scalable system governance
  • Set paid media strategy and manage limited external support where applicable
  • Evaluate channel performance and reallocate spend as needed
  • Recommend testing plans and new growth opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.
