Demand Generation Manager

HealthieNew York, NY

About The Position

We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the content and campaigns that fuel Healthie's acquisition engine — from the assets that attract prospects to the sequences that convert them. This is a role for a marketer first. You'll own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, lifecycle, webinars, and lead generation — and you'll be the person producing the content that makes all of it work. You won't be writing every word yourself; you'll be using AI tools to develop content at scale, while bringing the marketing instincts, editorial judgment, and human sensitivity to make sure every asset actually lands. You'll work closely with the Director of User Acquisition, our Lifecycle & Growth Marketer, and Partnerships Manager to ensure every demand and revenue-driving channel is fed and moving. This role is right for someone who thinks in funnels, writes with precision, and is genuinely excited about leveraging AI to work faster and smarter without sacrificing quality. Your success will be measured by the metrics that matter — leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within health tech, EHR/EMR, clinical software, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of executing conversion-focused campaigns and full-funnel demand generation programs.
  • Strong structured thinker who can translate defined messaging frameworks into compelling content across formats and channels.
  • Experience building and executing across landing pages, email sequences, webinar funnels, paid ad copy, and promotional campaigns.
  • Comfortable interviewing clinicians, product teams, and sales stakeholders to extract insights and strengthen messaging.
  • Familiar with funnel metrics and attribution concepts; experienced in supporting optimization and experimentation.
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to execute quickly within established strategic direction.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running.
  • U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to leverage AI to create visual and video assets (e.g., lead magnet layouts, social graphics, webinar promotional assets).
  • Comfort building and editing email and workflows within HubSpot or a similar tool.
  • Experience working with Claude Code.
  • Experience working with video production/editing partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic layer that turns content into demand — not just producing assets, but knowing how they fit together and what they're supposed to do.
  • Execute 2–4 major demand generation campaigns per quarter, developing cohesive sequences across landing pages, email nurture, webinar funnels, promotional assets, and paid ad copy.
  • Own competitive displacement campaigns — developing messaging and assets that speak directly to prospects considering or dissatisfied with alternative solutions.
  • Translate positioning and campaign themes into clear, conversion-focused messaging that drives trial growth and pipeline — versioned across audience segments, specialties, and buyer stages.
  • Audit and maintain evergreen campaign workflows — identifying gaps, cutting underperformers, and keeping automations aligned with evolving demand generation goals.
  • Support co-marketing and partner campaign execution in coordination with the Partnerships team.
  • Own the content and promotional strategy for Healthie's major seasonal demand pushes, including year-end acquisition blitz planning and execution.
  • Own the full volume of content that feeds every acquisition channel — using AI as your primary production engine.
  • Develop AI workflows to generate content across formats and channels at scale.
  • Review, revise, and refine AI-generated content for brand alignment, human resonance, and accuracy across multiple buyer segments and specialties.
  • Bring enough writing skill to recognize strong copy, close the gap when AI falls short, and prompt effectively for the output you need.
  • Develop a genuine appetite for leveling up your AI toolkit over time — new tools, new workflows, new ways to produce better content faster.
  • Maintain and evolve a content calendar across formats, segments, and funnel stages — knowing who we're talking to, what we're saying, and when.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate feature narratives into accurate, benefit-led messaging.
  • Work with Sales/BD to develop campaigns and content that reinforce competitive positioning and address common objections.
  • Coordinate with RevOps to track performance and feed insights back into messaging and campaign strategy.
  • Ensure messaging, CTAs, and narrative arcs stay consistent across funnel stages, channels, and teams.
  • Own the performance of your output end-to-end — leads generated, trial starts, meetings booked, and revenue contribution are how success is measured here.
  • Monitor landing page, email, and nurture performance continuously — not as a reporting exercise, but as an input to what gets built next.
  • Run A/B tests across copy, creative, and offers; use results to sharpen messaging and cut what isn't working.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks across the funnel and bring a POV on how to fix them — not just flags, but recommendations.
