About The Position

Proxima (proxima.ai) is redefining how ecommerce brands acquire and retain customers through AI-powered intelligence. We combine proprietary purchase-behavior data with cutting-edge machine learning to help brands drive measurable growth across their most important channels. We're looking for a performance-driven Demand Generation Manager to own and scale Proxima's marketing pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and creative strategy. Someone who can zoom out to shape the big picture and zoom in to execute campaigns themselves.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or adtech company
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem, with an understanding of the challenges DTC and retail brands face
  • Adtech experience: you know how the stack fits together (DSPs, CDPs, data providers, measurement)
  • Strong AI fluency; you actively use AI tools to work smarter and think critically about how they apply to marketing
  • A builder's mindset: comfortable being scrappy, owning outcomes, and figuring things out

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to performance marketers or ecommerce operators
  • Familiarity with Meta's ad ecosystem or retail media networks
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth environment
