About The Position

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for developing marketing strategy, generating growth and driving demand? We are seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing our full-funnel demand generation strategies, focusing on turbocharging both inbound and outbound channels, while collaborating closely with our Direct Sales teams and cross-functional partners. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building a strategy and executing against it to hit acquisition goals for marketing and sales. You will do so by considering the full customer experience, building GTM initiatives that leverage jobs-to-be-done messaging for our unique personas, and leveraging a data-driven approach. Your northstar metrics will revolve around generating top-of-funnel lead and MQL pipeline, opportunities for sales, and ultimately closed-won deals. You’ll be part of a team of passionate demand generation marketers focused on selling our accounts payable product. In this role, you’ll have routine communication with many other marketing functions, such as creative, web, digital marketing, events, product marketing, as well as sales and operations teams. Requirements

  • 8-10 years of work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization.
  • Strong B2B Marketing experience
  • Excellent understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics
  • Extensive experience working with B2B SDRs or direct sales teams
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Strong experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline from start to finish
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, build stakeholder alignment, and
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce - how to navigate Salesforce, build reports to track campaign performance, understand how to review lead, contact, campaign, opportunity records

Nice To Haves

  • Good experience with Google Suite, Tableau, 6sense, Clay, Inflection, or MadKudu is a plus
