About The Position

Delta Technicians are front-line representatives responsible for power-washing vehicles before they enter the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior by vacuuming and wiping down all components. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, and removing snow. Light maintenance tasks may also be required. Delta Technicians have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification. A key responsibility is achieving 100% customer satisfaction by upholding Delta Sonic's quality standards. Depending on location staffing needs, Technicians may work in the carwash or detail shop.

Requirements

Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions

Responsibilities

Power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash
