Dell Boomi Integration Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Integration Developer with hands-on Dell Boomi integration development expertise. The role supports a client migrating from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro WFM. The developer will design, build, test, deploy, and support integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise applications, and must have participated in at least one successful WFC-to-UKG Pro WFM migration. Work includes legacy data migration, integration mapping and transformation, validation, and post-migration support. The position is 100% remote in the United States and requires 10+ years of experience. This is a hands-on technical role requiring independent development and troubleshooting of complex integrations. The developer will collaborate with UKG functional consultants, HRIS and payroll teams, and other enterprise application stakeholders throughout assessment, development, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting integrations with UKG Pro Workforce Management.
- Proven experience building and deploying integrations using Boomi AtomSphere, including process design, connectors, data mapping, transformations, and error handling.
- Completed or played a substantial hands-on integration development role in at least one migration project from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping, data conversion, reconciliation, and validation.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise applications using Dell Boomi.
- Participate in the end-to-end Kronos WFC-to-UKG Pro WFM migration, including integration assessment, design, development, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze existing Kronos WFC interfaces and determine integration changes needed for the UKG Pro WFM environment.
- Develop and maintain Boomi integration processes, connectors, APIs, mappings, transformations, and reusable components.
- Build integrations for employee and organizational data, timekeeping, schedules, labor data, attendance, and payroll-related information as applicable to project scope.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation to ensure migration data accuracy.
- Work with UKG Pro WFM APIs, web services, file-based interfaces, and other supported integration mechanisms.
- Configure and manage Boomi processes, including error handling, exception management, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Integrate UKG Pro WFM with HRIS, HCM, payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Support integration testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, API issues, and production incidents.
- Support migration cutover, reconciliation, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate with UKG functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve integration dependencies.
- Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, mapping documents, deployment plans, and support documentation.
