About The Position
Baumgartner's is hiring a Delivery & Warehouse Team Member at our Auxvasse store and delivery hub. This role involves delivering furniture to homes across mid-Missouri, loading, prepping, and inspecting merchandise. The position offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with very limited Saturday work. Baumgartner's has been a family-owned local business since 1949, serving Mid-Missouri with a personal touch and commitment to customers.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A strong sense of customer service

- Missouri Class E license (assistance provided if needed)
Responsibilities
- Deliver furniture and mattresses to customer homes on routes across mid-Missouri
- Load, unload, prepare, and inspect merchandise
- Operate a delivery vehicle (company will assist with Missouri Class E license if needed)
- Resolve delivery issues and take care of customer concerns on the spot
- Regularly lift 50+ lbs and team-lift heavier pieces with a partner
