We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Driver to join our team in the DFW (Haltom City, TX) area. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers while supporting warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. You’ll represent Style Crest on the road and in the branch—delivering excellent service with every interaction.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a medical card as per the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
A mandatory drug test must be passed to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems like Epicor).
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Great judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle products efficiently for safe, damage-free deliveries.
Amazing customer service skills.
Professional telephone and email skills/communication.
Committed to continuous learning and career progression.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 100 lbs.
Obtain and maintain power equipment certifications (forklift, pallet jack, side loader, etc).

Responsibilities

Provide amazing customer service while helping customers (delivery/will call orders).
Pull orders for customer pick up and assist customers with loading product as required.
Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner using the necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc. Will involve lifting and moving heavy loads.
Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment, always!
Perform all other duties needed to win.
Drive company vehicle (26-foot box truck) for deliveries to customers.
Unload customer deliveries at customer premises.
Collect payment from customers for delivered products when required.
Keep vehicle clean and practices good housekeeping.
Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
Completes assigned training as required.
